Return Policy
Direct Medical is happy to take returns on any unopened over-the-counter (non-prescription) products within 30 days. State pharmacy law prohibits accepting returns of all prescription items and opened over-the-counter medications, so Direct Medical will not accept returns on these items. Direct medical charges a re-stocking fee of 10% on all allowable returns to cover our administrative costs. Refunds will be net of all shipping expenses. Orders that are refused or returned without prior approval of Direct Medical and without a return authorization number will not be issued any credit. If you submit your order to Direct Medical you agree to be bound by the terms of the Direct Medical return policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
Any order canceled by the purchaser prior to shipping will incur a 10% order cancellation fee. Orders that have already ship fall under Direct Medical Return Policy above.
